Justin Bieber wore a sharp suit to the 2021 Met Gala, but it seems like spending a couple of hours dressed up was enough for him. The Biebs and his wife Hailey Bieber had an outfit change before Justin’s Met Gala after-party began. Justin returned to casual clothes, pairing baggy jeans with an oversized black T-shirt, a beanie, and sunglasses at night. Hailey, meanwhile, dressed up in a tulle black miniskirt and sequined black top with velvet sleeves and feathers. The look was fit for a party. While the Biebers still matched in black like they did on the red carpet, their after-party looks were truly polar opposites style-wise:
Hailey spoke to ELLE earlier this year about her evolving relationship with Justin. “I learn new things about him and about myself and about our relationship all the time,” she said. “Do we have little fights and stuff that we have to work through sometimes? Yeah, of course, but it really doesn’t ever feel like work, because I love him so much. I see forever with him.”
Hailey added that she is aware of the fact that many celeb relationships don’t last forever, but she believes in theirs. “I think any relationship can fail, Hollywood or not,” she said. “Is it harder in the public eye? Absolutely. But I think the two of us are grounded by our faith. I’m not saying it’s this easy-peasy thing that doesn’t take work. We talk to a therapist. We do what we have to do.”
