Selena Gomez is in New York City to promote Only Murders in the Building, and her press tour wardrobe has been stunning. After wearing a little black dress and matching cardigan from Victor Glemaud on Tuesday, Gomez stepped out in an orange Self Portrait dress yesterday. It came ahead of the actress’s appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers. Gomez was photographed in the look while out in Soho and in midtown east, en route to Serendipity3.

Gomez is an investor and co-owner of the New York City dessert hotspot. The actress spoke to ELLE.com about her hopes to go there earlier this month, as her Selena Sundae just debuted there. “I can’t wait to visit the newly revamped Serendipity3 restaurant in NYC,” she said.
On their various sundaes, including their record-setting Grand Opulence sundae (which costs $1,000 and has literal 23-carat gold leaf in it), Gomez said, “It’s wild the sundaes they come up with. I have not tried the Grand Opulence sundae but maybe I can the next time I visit the restaurant. I generally go for more classic sundaes like our Forbidden Broadway Sundae, which has chocolate blackout cake with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and whipped cream.”
Gomez reflected on how working with Serendipity3 and Serendipity Ice Cream brands, in addition to her makeup line Rare Beauty, has taught her a lot about running a business. “I think it is important to be involved in something you truly believe in and to listen to others,” she said. “I don’t pretend to have all of the answers, and I think it’s important to have an open mind and listen to others while making decisions.”
